​Language Proficiency Test

DLPT is used to measure your language proficiency in Listening, Speaking and Reading. Quite simply, it tests the individual's current knowledge of a specific language. ​Categories range from I - IV with the easiest and shortest course languages in Category I, and the most difficult in Category IV. These tests can be multiple choice or open response depending on the test version and language.

​Whether you are a graduating student or you are applying for a job in the government sector, obtaining professional level proficiency in a foreign language is the first step forward in your career path.
